Self-enrollment is available for Beacon Health System patients aged 18+ who don't have access to MyBeacon.

Each MyBeacon account requires a unique email address.

An email address can only be used once to create a MyBeacon account. But, you can manage multiple patient accounts with one login with a proxy account. Learn more or request access.

Self-enrollment isn't available for caregivers or guardians.
